1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with order details.
2. Shipping Policy
- We offer pan-India shipping.
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping may be available on selected orders or offers.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on selected pin codes.
- A small additional fee may apply for COD orders.
- Please ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid cancellation.
4. Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Return Process:
- Contact us with order ID + product photos
- After verification, we will initiate a replacement or refund
Refund:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method

- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
